Frida: The Making of an Icon

Fresh off of its debut at the Louvre, the iconic museum’s first-ever fashion exhibition has made its way to Museum of Fine Arts Houston. The fitting exhibition sees 36 extraordinary fashion ensembles showcased throughout the museum, paired with stunning art pieces of MFAH’s collection. Brands featured in Louvre Couture include Balenciaga, Versace, Chanel, among many others.
Despite what you think, this exhibit won’t go over your head. Balloon Museum is now open in Houston featuring 14 international artists. Witness the “world’s largest indoor event dedicated to air and inflatable installations” here in Houston.
SpringStock Festival at Saint Arnold Brewing Co.
Described as “a music festival by musicians”, SpringStock Festival at Saint Arnold Brewing Co. is a three-day festival with a full-fledged lineup of over 70 artists from Houston and greater Texas. The all-ages event is completely free to attend. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

RoundOne Bowling & Arcade’s massive new 100,000-square-foot facility is now open in Northwest Houston. Housed in the space formerly occupied by Sears, RoundOne is a sprawling entertainment destination that offers everything from arcade classics to VR experiences, a Japanese-forward menu, and more.

The 88th Houston Azalea Trail runs March 6–8, 2026, inviting the public to tour seven gardens including private residences and public sites like Bayou Bend, Rienzi, and the Forum of Civics. Tickets cost $35, with proceeds supporting conservation, historic garden preservation, and horticultural education.

Saddle up at POST Skylawn for a buck-wild rooftop rodeo experience through March 29.
POST Houston’s Skylawn is hosting a Western-themed Rooftop Rodeo Kickoff running through March 29, 2026, featuring rodeo-inspired light installations, a mechanical bull, themed cocktails and Texas beers. The pop-up is open nightly from 5 PM until close during its run.
In 2026, Houston will play a significant role in the international sports scene, hosting games for both the FIFA World Cup and the World Baseball Classic at Daikin Park. The World Baseball Classic features 20 national teams competing in a double-elimination format. Houston will specifically host two quarterfinals on March 14. With ticket availability yet to be announced, Astros season ticket holders will have guaranteed access.
