1. Holidaze at GreenStreet
Holidaze at GreenStreet is going big for its debut this holiday season. Kicking off late November, the new Christmas activation is poised to transform four blocks of Downtown, Houston into three-levels of holiday activations, pop-up bars, and Christmas Card-worthy photo-ops.

2. Frosty’s Houston
The largest holiday pop-up in Houston is back for its second year. Taking place in East Downtown, Frosty’s is a two-story holiday haven bustling with roaming Christmas characters, dancing Santa Clauses, and life-size nutcrackers. Furthermore, the venue features three separate bars offering whimsical cocktails inspired by classic Christmas movies.

6. Blitzen’s
Set to make its Houston debut this holiday season, Blitzen’s is a ritzy holiday pop-up at La Reserve in OMNI Hotel. Patrons can expect whimsical holiday decor and themed cocktails curated by celebrity mixologist, Julie Reiner of Netflix’s Drink Masters fame.

7. Shiver’s Ice Bar at ICE LAND
Carved out of the frozen playground at Moody Gardens’ ICE LAND, the largest ice sculpture attraction in the U.S., Shiver’s Ice Bar is a one-of-a-kind holiday experience in the Houston area that’s made of… well, ice. Here, patrons can enjoy holiday spirits that includes ice-block vodka shots.

8. Holiday Hideaway at Chicken N’ Pickle
The Houston-area’s expansive pickleball venue and restaurant will once again convert its space into a Holiday Hideaway. Inspired by the cozy, nostalgic ski lodge experience, the 21+ pop-up features a cozy atmosphere of lodge vibes alongside 12 holiday cocktails, summit/rooftop views.

9. Havana Holiday
Add a little rhythm to your holiday season at Havana Holiday. Taking place at Emilia’s Havana, a Cuban-inspired cocktail lounge and venue from BERG Hospitality Group, Havana Holiday offers an array of special themed cocktails – shoutout the Santa Clausmopolitan – with a backdrop of bossa nova. Full dinner menus are also available Thursday through Saturday throughout the event’s run.

10. Jingle and Mingle at Lyric Market
Downtown, Houston’s Lyric Market will once again fill its halls with whimsical festive decorations for its annual Jingle and Mingle experience. In an atmosphere of holiday cheer, the market will also feature an array of seasonal cocktails, tasty eats, and special events.

11. Tinsel Town at Chifley Hotel
The Chifley is checking in twice for the holiday season, hosting its second annual Tinsel Town holiday pop-up in Houston. Enjoy seasonal tunes and drinks among wall-to-wall Christmas decorations ranging from oversized ornaments to glittering snowflakes. Free self parking available on-site.

12. Jingle Bell Bar at Botonica
Jingle Bell Bar returns to Houston this holiday season at its new permanent home, Botonica. Created by Botonica co-founders, Alexis Mijares and Angelique Cook Cavazos – the duo behind Cursed Cauldron – Jingle Bell Bar is a holiday pop-up complete with spirited and non-spirited drinks, crafty workshops, live entertainment, and more.
This year, the pop-up will feature three themed spaces, Candy Cane Lane, Classic Christmas, and The Ski Lodge. On top of holiday-themed drinks and eats, Jingle Bell Bar will also host a festive array of events throughout the season, including Jingle Bell Burlesque, Santa’s Workshop Craft Classes, and Holiday Movie Nights.

13. EZ’s Liquor Lounge
Houston’s cozy little vintage dive bar is getting into the spirit of the season this year. Imbued with a spirit of small town Texas charm, EZ’s Liquor Lounge has lit up its space with holiday decor. Additionally, the venue is set to host a number of special events this holiday season, including a Thanksgiving Day potluck, live DJ and tent on December 13 for Lights in The Heights, and New Year’s Day Hangover Brunch.

Say “aloha” to the holidays at Nickel City, one of the best bars in North America. Presently, the bar is turning up the waves this holiday season for Sippin’ Santa, a tropical Christmas pop-up that sees over-the-top decorations with a Hawaiian twist, tiki-themed drinks, and surfboards for sleighs.

15. The Woodlands Resort Leg Lamp Bar
Inspired by the iconic holiday flick, A Christmas Story, the Leg Lamp Bar at The Woodlands Resort is a kitschy, themed holiday bar at The Lobby Bar. Here, visitors can enjoy a lineup of tasty seasonal drinks inclduing the Ho Ho Ho…No! espresso martini and Oldsmobile Man bourbon-based concoction as well as shots and other combos.
