This one is for those of us on the Naughty List. This holiday season, Downtown Houston’s GreenStreet has transformed into an over-the-top holiday takeover for Holidaze at GreenStreet, where you can stay for half a drink more.
GreenStreet is a four-block mixed-use space in Downtown, Houston. From its origins as the Houston Pavilions outdoor mall, GreenStreet is now a major entertainment destination in the city with hit locals like House of Blues, Pete’s Dueling Pinao Bar, and Guadalajar del Centro. GreenStreet is presently in the midst of a preceding transformation: a multi-million-dollar development and sustainability project with a design inspired by thealleyways of Osaka, Japan.

Meanwhile, area officials have decked the hall for the inaugural Holidaze at GreenStreet. Now underway, Holidaze comprises of three levels of Christmas activations, themed pop-up bars, and festive photo-ops.
Floor 1 features a Mean Girls experience. Called “Get In Losers, We’re Going Sleighing”, the floor features a giant sleigh, adorned in disco lights with oversized champagne bottles and other props.
On Floor 2, partygoers can find the “Resting Grinch Face” activation, an expansive mirror wall equipped with decals and playful prompts to capture their Grinchy Christmas card. Floor 3 houses the Holidaze “Elf Around and Find Out” experience. That is, a candy cane jail for Naughty Listers – also ideal for photo-ops.

The top floor of Holidaze GreenStreet features three pop-up holiday bars. Each of which will feature its own unique theme, including the Hard Nog Life grungy dive bar, Tinsel & Tonic Grinch-glam retreat, and Santa After Hours disco-spun celebration station.
Holidaze at GreenStreet runs from November 17 to January 4 at 1201 Fannin Street. For each activation, admission is completely free!
