The holiday season is here and you know what that means: holiday pop-up bars. In addition to some of our favorite returning Christmas pop-ups, Houston will see the debut of new holiday havens where X-mas lovers can be merry with themed drinks, tinsel tunes, and decor galore. This year, Berg Hospitality Group is introducing Havana Holiday at Emilia’s Havana where patrons can enjoy Christmas cheer with a little Latin flair.
Opened in November 2022, Emilia’s Havana is an intimate cocktail lounge inspired by ’50s-era Cuban aesthetics. A concept of Berg Hospitality Group, Emilia’s Havana also operates as a live music venue that regularly stages bossa nova performances.
Kicking off November 12, Emilia’s Havana will transform into Havana Holiday for the Christmas season. Running through January 3, the holiday pop-up will outfit the space in holiday decor along with special themed cocktails, and live performances.
“Guests will be transported to a glamorous Havana-inspired hideaway decked out in holiday sparkle, with sultry Latin rhythms, themed decor, and a holiday cocktail lineup that celebrates the season’s best flavors”.
Featured cocktails at Havana Holiday are made in partnership with Bacardi, Remy Cointreau, and Royal Wine, include the following Christmas spirits:
- Santa Clausmopolitan
- GingerBERG Nog
- White Christmas Margarita
- Dubai Chocolate Martini
Havana Holiday in Houston is a ticketed event. Ticket prices vary based on date. Wednesdays, tickets are priced at $25 per ticket that include access to light bites — Wednesdays do not feature live music.
Thursdays through Saturdays, tickets are priced at $50. Here, guests can enjoy live music performances along with access to the full dinner menu.
Havana Holiday runs at Emilia’s Havana at 1800 Post Oak Blvd, Suite 6170 from November 12 to January 3.
