Immerse yourself in Halloween fun this October with a cocktail in hand. With all the fantastic and festive things to do this season, be sure to add the Wonder Bar to your list. Known for its rotating photo-op installations, the bar has transformed itself into an all-out fright fest.
Quoting their Facebook, Wonder Bar is “an interactive and imaginative bar that will feature unique installations.” In the same vein as The FOMO Factory, or the Color Factory, Wonder Bar in Houston features a variety of whimsical installations, but with the added bonus of snapping selfies over rounds of sweet colorful cocktails.
For Halloween, visitors can delight in its over-the-top spooky decor. Such features include a guillotine, a vampire throne, floating eyeballs, shrunken head wall, a coffin, terrific lighting, special themed neon, a Vecna – you know the one – replica, and more!
Furthermore, the bar is featuring limited-edition themed cocktails include The Fishbowl – made for two people.
Food-wise, Wonder Bar Austin serves a variety of dishes. Appetizers, under “Shareables” on the menu, include Chips & Queso, Quac Is Extra, Buffalo Wings, Fried Pickles, and Mini Corn Dogs. Personal dishes, called “Selfies” on the menu, include tacos, a cheeseburger, and a chicken sandwich.
The bar is now open at 2416 Brazos St STE 200, or otherwise, the ground floor of 77 Degrees.
