There’s a new food hall in town, folks. Katy’s dazzling food scene continues to grow with impeccable options for self-proclaimed foodies. This weekend, the Katy Food Hall celebrates its grand opening. On top of a variety of buzzworthy eateries, the newly minted food hall will also offer half-off prices at each of its vendors as well as free dishes for vendor’s first 100 guests, giveaways, and more!
After a soft opening earlier this February, the highly-anticipated Katy Food Hall celebrates its grand opening this weekend in Houston. Located at 806 Katy Fort Bend Rd, the 5,000-square-foot space houses three trendy Nasser Holdings’ eateries, including BunSlut, Main Bird, and Dripped Birria.
BunSlut is a popular, all-natural Halal beef burger hotspot in Houston that serves smashburgers, milkshakes, and seasoned fries.

For something a little hotter, Main Bird is a Nashville-style hot chicken restaurant that began as a food truck back in 2020. The venue also features completely halal options for its hot chicken sandwiches, mac n’cheese, tenders, and more.
Rounding out the trifecta, Dripped Birria also began as a food truck before evolving into brick-and-mortars across the city. Its menu ranges from Food Porn-like birria tacos, quesadillas, ramen, and more with 100% halal meat.

During its grand opening from February 15 to February 16, the food hall is offering a special of 50% off the entire menu of each restaurant. Furthermore, the first 100 patrons at each eatery can receive free sliders – at Main Street and Bun Slut – and free tacos at Dripped Birria.
The food hall will also be hosting giveaways from prizes ranging from AirPods to TVs, gift cards, and more. The grand opening celebration will be held from noon to 10 pm on Saturday and Sunday this weekend.
Katy Food Hall is now open at 806 Katy Fort Bend Rd.
