1. Winter Wonderlawn
Houston’s central food and culture hub has kicked off their sky-high holiday season. Winter Wonderlawn is back at POST, offering a festive, five-acre market with thousands of twinkling lights, towering Christmas trees, as well a Santa’s Village and candy cane forest.

2. Radiant Nature
The Houston Botanic Garden is once again aglow with Radiant Nature! 4. Galaxy Lights
Billed as “Houston’s brightest holiday light show“, Galaxy Lights is back at Space Center Houston. The out-of-this world Houston Christmas lights experience features a Milky Way’s worth of twinkling lights alongside epic space-themed installations among which include a 40-foot-high shooting star, towering Space Launch System rocket, and 200-foot LED light tunnel. To top of the nights, Galaxy Lights also features crystal fireworks light shows.

5. The Christmas Village
Celebrating its grand opening this past November, The Christmas Village is a nostalgic Christmas theme park that looks like something straight out of a Hallmark movie. In addition to its darling vintage storefronts, and homey experiences like an outdoor cinema, live performance stages, and campfires, The Christmas Village is aglow with dazzling holiday lights. Here, visitors can marvel at the dazzling displays either on foot, wagonette, or horse-drawn carriage rides.

6. Cistern Illuminated
One of the most unique holiday experiences in Houston lies beneath the city. This holiday season, the Cistern at Buffalo Bayou Park will reprise its multi-sensory Cistern Illuminated experience. Conceived by artist/engineer Kelly O’Brien, the installation offers a multi-sensory journey. It utilizes transcendent light displays and hypnotic soundscapes, which are precisely synched and custom-designed to leverage the exceptional, cavernous acoustics of the venue.

7. Texas Winter Lights
For another sky-high Christmas experience, sing your holiday cheer from the rooftops at Marriot Marquis Houston. 8. Astros Light Up The Park
On deck for the holiday season in Houston is Houston Astros’ home turf, Daikin Park. This year, the ballpark will introduce Astros Light Up The Park, a seasonal activation that marries the holiday spirit with Houston pride. In addition to glowing, Astros-themed light installations, the ballpark will also host a series of special events including an Ugly Sweater, Family Movie, and Pajama Night.

9. Magical Winter Lights
Magical Winter Lights returns to Houston this holiday season with 20 acres of merriment. Furthermore, the experience will feature nightly acrobatic performances as well as on-site vendors, and endless photo-ops!
