It’s a hot weekend for Houston’s restaurant scene. Four highly anticipated new restaurants are set to open this weekend – Kahani Social Group’s fast-casual Indian eatery, bol in Midtown, as well as culinary theater, speakeasy, and all-day brunch concept at Washington Parq.
Located in the Washington Corridor of Houston, Washington Parq is a culture and culinary compound in the making, blending exceptional dining with artistic expression.
This weekend Washington Parq welcomes three new concepts with the invitation-only, soft openings of Blush, Marvin’s Room, and Breakfast at Tiffany’s.
On February 1, the venue will see the soft opening of Blush and Marvin’s Room. Blush, described as a culinary theater concept, is a sultry new venue that offers contemporary American fine dining in a lush, elegant atmosphere. Once open, the venue will feature a vibrant program of live entertainment ranging from fire dancers to intimate music performances.
The same night, Marvin’s Room will also host a soft opening. The cozy new speakeasy serves exquisite, handcrafted cocktails, and small plates in an equally elegant setting.
On Sunday, February 2, Washington Parq will debut its stylish, all-day brunch spot: Breakfast at Tiffany’s, where patrons will be able to enjoy classic and modern brunch favorites alongside refreshing, crafted cocktails.
In its final form Washington Parq plans to house six concepts on its grounds, with future tenants that include The Eden Bar Garden, Taco Yaki, Mojo Juice Bar, Expressoco, and The London Outdoor Art Gallery.
The latter will be the crown jewel of Washington Parq. Opening this 2025, The London Outdoor Art Gallery will feature a vibrant outdoor gallery comprised of mural and interactive installations from over 50 local and international artists. Come nightfall, the venue has plans for live performances and entertainment including its planned “Cinema Under the Stars” series.
Blush, Marvin’s Room, and Breakfast at Tiffany’s all open at Washington Parq at 2811 Washington Avenue in Houston this weekend. The soft-openings are all invitation-only, stay tuned for future details.
