Untitled Art is a cutting-edge contemporary art showcase known for its noteworthy galleries and curatorial integrity that is held in Miami each December. The flagship of Miami Art Week is planning an expansion into Texas, with the debut of Untitled Art in Houston – cementing yet another touchstone to Houston’s burgeoning art scene.
The announcement comes on the heels of the Washington Post naming two Houston museums on their Best Art Museums of America lists. Recently, the Art Dealers Association of America (ADAA) honored Houston as its first Spotlight city its annual Art Show in New York.
In an effort to engage new audiences across the region, Untitled Art, founded by collector and entrepreneur Jeffrey Lawson, is expanding into Texas this coming year with its inaugural Houston art fair at the George R. Brown Convention Center from September 19 to September 21.
Untitled Art in Houston will feature local, regional, and international artist at its inaugural event. Featured artists include:

Organizers will announce the full lineup of artists and exhibitors spring 2025.
“Texas – and Houston specifically with its vast resources, great cultural wealth and standing as a gateway to Latin America – offers a myriad of opportunities to a growing brand like Untitled Art,” said Lawson in a press release. “Since its inception, we have worked diligently to create a premium platform that is engaging, experimental and welcoming to all, a combination we think will resonate well in this market.”
Michael Slenske, Los Angeles-based writer and curator, will assume the role of Director for Untitled Art, Houston.
“Over the past decade and a half, I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Houston’s art landscape evolve firsthand, and there’s seemingly no limit to the potential of the city’s cultural infrastructure,” Slenske said in a press release.
Untitled Art takes place in Houston at the George R. Brown Convention Center from September 19 through September 21 next year.
