
Drink it up, Houston: Live Más Café, a beverage spin-off of Taco Bell, is coming to Houston this fall with over 30 specialty beverages as a part of its multi-year beverage expansion.
Originally launched in Chula Vista, California, Taco Bell’s Live Más Café is a beverage concept that features elevated, hand-crafted drinks from a team of “Bellristas”. Inspired by Gen Z’s love of customization, Live Más Café features a drink menu of over 30 specialty libations made in house — yes, Baja Blast included.

“We’re seeing today that people, especially younger consumers, are reaching for refreshing drinks as part of their lifestyle, whether it’s for energy or a sweet treat throughout the day,” said Taco Bell’s Global Chief Food Innovation Officer, Liz Matthews. “So, we’re making big investments to become the ultimate beverage stop where our fans can expect to see the same bold, unexpected creativity in their cups as they do on their plates.”
The announcement of the Taco Bell Live Más Café in Houston states the company’s greater expansion goals including additional locations in California as well as Dallas debut. According to a press release, the company plans to be a go-to beverage destination with the goal of reaching $5 billion in beverage sales by 2030. The company hopes to open 30 more locations by the end of this year.

While Live Mas Cafe won’t debut in Houston until this fall, thirsty customers can get a little preview at participating Houston Taco Bell locations, that which have added its six-drink Refrescas line-up in flavors Strawberry Passionfruit, Mango Peach, and Berry. Customers can also try Rockstar Energy Refrescas in Pineapple Lime and Tropical Punch flavors as well as the strawberry lime Refresca Freeze.
Though the company hasn’t stated where its Houston Live Mas Cafes will be located, it did state that it will transform existing Taco Bell locations in the city in the coming months.
