Popfancy Dessert Bar is back with another outstanding immersive experience. Following their amazing Tavern at Wall Rose event, the pop-up purveyors have again transformed their quarters into another immersive experience for the books – this time into a K-Pop cafe, now open.
From now until September 11, visitors can enter the K-Pop Cafe at Pop Fancy Dessert Bar in Houston. Just step inside and behold the immerse retro laundromat, with glowing neon lights, bubbly installations, and eye-catching decor.
Their menu features a variety of boba-based drinks, teas, smoothies, and a sundae bar. Additionally, the pop-up will offer a number of eats, including a Hot Mochi Waffle Place, Iron-Pressed Kimchi Pancake, Jajangmyeon Street Noods, and Iron-Pressed Grilled Cheese Sandy.
Featured drinks include the Bubbly Pink Guava with pink guava soda, raspberry, and crystal boba; Cantaloupe Sweet Tea with fresh mango and crystal boba; and the Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl – a banana berry smoothie bowl, strawberries, blueberries, banana, and boba.
Each week, the pop-up highlights a different K-Pop group with themed installations, visitors can also enjoy Random Dance Play, special performances, collectibles, photo-ops, DJs (Fridays through Sundays), local vendors, and more!
The K-Pop pop-up experience takes place from now until September 11, 1 – 10 pm daily, at Popfancy Dessert Bar located at 9393 Bellaire Blvd a6. Tickets start at $2 (+ fees).
To guarantee admission, the pop-up encourages guests to RSVP online through the website beforehand. The pop-up at 9393 Bellaire BLVD also has an available virtual stand-by line after 12 pm for registrations the day of the event.
