
Saddle up, partner, for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo is riding back into town this March! The beloved annual event is one of the city’s biggest of the year – promising action-packed rodeo competitions, a star-studded concert lineup, fascinating agriculture events, shopping, rides, and more fair food than you could possibly imagine.
Ahead of the official kick-off date, March 3, organizers have released this year’s list of new and returning food vendors with fresh and imaginative culinary items found now where else.
New Food Vendors Houston Rodeo 2025
The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo is ready to roll-out a fresh new batch of vendors whipping up all kinds of crazy corn dogs, dirty sodas, waffle sticks, and more for this year’s festival. Here is the list of food vendors making their debut at the rodeo this March:

What are the new Houston Rodeo food to try this year?
With the new Houston Rodeo food vendors, comes a dizzying array of culinary options to choose from. On the savory side of things, new options include Elotes Munchies Nachos and Hippie Cowboy Street Tacos from Taco Love, The Drowning Taquitos (taquitos smothered in pico and guac) from San Antonio-renowned Mamacita’s, and Richies Cheese Curd Tacos’ Hot Chick cheese curd-topped taco.
Furthermore, patrons can enjoy an array of Biggy’s Hot Honey options including Hot Honey Big Daddy Corn Dog, Turkey Leg, Colossal Curly Fry, Bacon Wrapped Pork Belly and Tater Tots all topped with Mike’s Hot Honey drizzle.
Returning vendors at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo will also be introducing new eats this year. Featured options include the Chicken Bacon Ranch Waffle Stick from Waffle Chix, Mango Hatch Chile Sausage in a Bun by Holmes Smokehouse, Gator Burger from Cajun Cowboy, and Honey-Bourbon Glazed Pork Shots from Texas Pride Grill.
Returning vendor Rousso’s Fat Bacon is poised to introduce an array of yummy new options including Bacon Jammy Jam Wagyu Sliders, Bacon Jam Cheesy Pickle Fries, and Rousso’s Cotton Candy Bacon on a Stick – the 2024 State Fair of Texas winner.

New Desserts at Houston Rodeo 2025
For a little sweetness, patrons can enjoy ice cream nachos made with ice cream, chocolate sauce, and waffle cone chips from Fried A Fair 2, new Caramel Crunch Cheesecake from Drizzle Cheesecakes, and the Candy Factory’s viral Chocolate Strawberry Cup sensation.
New Drinks at Rodeo Houston
This year will also feature an array of new libations at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo with a focus on Dirty Sodas. Cowboy Kettle Corn will be hopping on the trend with a lineup of twisted drinks including The Dirty Cowboy with Cherry Coca-Cola, lime and pina colada cream; The Coconut Cowboy with Mr. Pibb, lime, and coconut; and Dolphin Breeze with Sprite with blue raspberry and coconut topped with candy shark gummies.
