Heads up Houston hockey fans, Chipotle is celebrating the return of the Stanley Cup Playoffs this week with free meals for fans. For its sixth consecutive year, Chipotle will be hosting its popular Hockey Jersey BOGO promotion on April 20, offering BOGO entree meals to customers sporting hockey jerseys.
Chipotle’s Hockey Jersey BOGO promotion hits the ice for one-day only on Monday, April 20. To claim your free Chipotle meal, simply wear your favorite NHL hockey team’s jersey and skate over to your neighborhood Chipotle at/after 3 pm local time.

In further celebration of playoff hockey, Chipotle has debuted its first-ever hockey jersey. Sporting the number 53, referring to the franchise’s 53 real-ingredient core menu, the jersey brands the name “Chipper” – an affectionate nickname of Chipotle popularized by players and hockey fans on social media.
The fast-casual Mexican food franchise is presently offering a limited release of 75 Chipotle hockey jerseys. The Chipotle jerseys – or “sweaters” as hockey players would say – is exclusively through its Chipotle Rewards Exchange. Chipotle will also host a giveaway of their hockey jerseys from now until May 2, 2026, wherein Rewards members can put down 10 points for entry. Rewards members can enter up to 20 times.
Per a press release, Chipotle has raised over $52,000 for hockey programs in North America in 2025, contributing over $190,000 to hockey organizations over the years.

The Chipotle Hockey Jersey BOGO promotion is available on Monday, April 20, 2026, after 3 pm.
In other hockey news… While reports of bringing an NHL team to Houston have quieted over the past year or so, the city did score a North American Hockey League Junior II team this past spring. The NAHL Hockey Houston Bulls will make their debut for the 2026 – 2027 season at the coming Deep South Ice & Sports Complex.
