1. Break Life
Break Life is the largest rage room in Houston. Located in the Spring Branch area of Houston, the rage room features over 10,000-square-feet of space and multiple avenues in which to work off steam. Here, the venue offers three experiences: break sessions, paint sessions, and scream sessions.
Their most popular experience is of course the break sessions. Provided with safety shields, cloth gloves, and disposable PPE, guests can book sessions from 10 – 45 minutes in which they are allowed to go ham on everything in the room – save for the other guests.
Break Life also offers a special Car Demolition rage room activity, in which a party of up to 10 people are provided a car in which to smash into pieces.
The black-owned, woman-owned venue, highly regarded for its friendly service, welcomes lone wolves, couples, as well as bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, team outings, and more.
Break Life also offers a special VIP experience that include, among other things, birthday cupcakes (depending on the occasion), swag, and complimentary mimosas!

2. Smash Therapy
Billed as ‘the first therapeutically-based smash room in the world’, Smash Therapy caters to people in need of a literal break. The venue, open to ages 8 and above, provides baseball bats, sledge hammers, crow bars, golf clubs, and more in which to wreak havoc.
If there are objects in your own home that you wish to break – you can take my busted toaster if you want – you can contact the venue beforehand to ensure that it’s acceptable.
Mental health professionals as well as patients of registered partnered mental health professionals, are entitled to a discount at Smash Therapy.
Parties from one person to 15 people are accepted.

3. Tantrums LLC
Going under the tagline ‘relaxation after devastation’ Houston’s first rage room in part caters to those who’ve recently gone through it. In addition to offering packages for bachelor, bachelorette, and birthday parties, Tantrums LLC also offers special Divorce and Destroy the Dress sessions.
Prices vary depending on group size. Patrons can request a special themed room for an additional surcharge.

4. Maximum Rage

Maximum Rage is a locally owned and operated rage room in Humble. Designed for stress and anxiety management, the space allows parties up to 30 people to let the rage out together. Sessions are timed in 10, 15, 30, and 45-minute sessions. The venue also allows patrons to bring their own unwanted items from home to break apart with their BYO Smash service.
Patrons can wind down after all the smashing at the venue’s Paint Splatter Party. Here guests can douse canvases, themselves, their loved ones in colorful paint in 20-minute sessions.
