Play soccer in the sky at Post Oak Hotel in Houston this Thursday.
The FIFA World Cup games are almost here. As the city gears up for its fan festival, watch parties, and soccer-themed pop-ups, Post Oak Hotel at Uptown is going above and beyond to usher in the biggest event in sports.
In partnership with Sphere Soccer Club, Post Oak Hotel is hosting a special Helipad Wellness Event on Thursday, June 4 2026. The exclusive, one-day-only experience will see its 36th-floor helipad transformed into a fully operational soccer pitch.
Complete with turf, nets, and sky-high views, the sky-high pitch will host a special training session. Lead by former Houston Dynamo players, Michael Chabala, alongside Sphere Club, the strength and hiit training will take place from 5 pm to 5:45 pm and features a live DJ mixing live.
Following the helipad workout and photo-op, the event will move to The Locker Room at The Spa. Here, ticketholders can enjoy massages as well as a guided stretching along with retail pop-ups.
To close out the event, coordinators will host a poolside cocktail party. Starting at 7 pm, the event will feature cocktails, a live DJ, as well as available a la carte menu.
The Helipad Wellness Event takes place at Post Oak Hotel at Uptown located at 1600 W Loops S for one day only on Thursday, June 4, 2026. Tickets to the event are limited, with a capacity of 30 attendees. Tickets are priced at $240 per person, plus tax. Ticketholders will have access to the helipad fitness class, lock room wellness, and poolside cocktail party.
Additionally, ticketholders will have access to each part of the event, complimentary valet, and be entered into a raffle for the chance to win a Houston Dynamo jersey and The Spa treatment. Visitors also will receive a luxurious goodie bag complete with mini signed soccer ball.
