FIFA World Cup hype is reaching a fever pitch. Ben Berg, Army Sadeghi, and Brian Ching are set to open the gateway to the FIFA Fan Festival in EaDo.
Described as a World Cup-only destination, The Ranch Presents Live is a 35,000-square-foot hospitality hub that transforms Warehouse Live into a large-scale concept blending nightlife, dining, and soccer culture.
The Ranch Presents Live is a concept from three certified Houston hospitality mavens. Created by Ben Berg of Berg Hospitality Group (Buttermilk Baby, The Annie Cafe & Bar, and The Ranch Saloon at the Houston Rodeo), his latest concept is brought to life in collaboration with Army Sadeghi (Melrose, Clarkwood, 1111), and Brian Ching, former soccer star and founder of Pitch 25.

The Ranch Presents Live will take over the former Warehouse Live at 813 Emanuel St. from June 11 to July 19, 2026. The fully immersive, multi-venue experience under a single roof. Divided into a public grand main stage, secondary ticketed space, and private VIP lounge, the hub will feature multiple bars, casual dining, and environment of large-scale match viewing inside and out.
Visitors can also expect a program of experiential activations, nightlife events, international DJs, and high-end lounge service.
“With the World Cup coming to Houston, we saw an opportunity to create something that doesn’t just meet the moment, but elevates it,” said Ben Berg. “This is about showcasing the best of what Houston does—food, hospitality, energy—on a global stage.”
Located in EaDo, adjacent to Pitch 25, Brian Ching’s popular soccer-themed sports bar and patio, the venue offers prime real estate for larger World Cup festivities in the area. Over the course of the FIFA World Cup 2026 games, the FIFA Fan Festival will turn EaDo into a pedestrian-friendly, neighborhood-wide celebration.

“Houston is a true soccer city, and this is our moment to show that to the world,” said Ching. “By blending the spirit of Pitch 25 with the elevated experience of Pitch Live, we’re creating something bigger than a venue—it’s a place where fans, cultures, and communities come together to celebrate the game.”
Pitch Live is described as an all-day, all-night hub that opens daily at 10 am from June 11 to July 19.
