Another blockbuster exhibit is making its way into Houston this year. Jurassic Quest is an immersive larger-than-life exhibit that breathes new life into the land before time.
From August 4 to 7, visitors will be able to walk among all their favorite, life-size – completely docile – animatronic dinosaurs in NRG Center for the return of Jurassic Quest.
“Jurassic Quest is the world’s largest, most popular dino event with unique and exciting experiences for the whole family,” the exhibition’s website reads.
“Observe our herd of life size animatronic dinosaurs including Apatosaurus, Spinosaurus, T-Rex and an incredible 50-foot-long Megalodon. Interact with our trainers, baby dinos and watch a live Raptor show.”
At Jurassic Quest, all dinosaurs are painstakingly painted animated to give the appearance of reality.
Visitors will also be able to experience dinosaur-themed rides, inflatable props, a fossil science exhibit, giant fossil dig, and soft-play “Triceratots” area. Plus, daring visitors can answer the call for The Quest interactive adventure where they can find clues over the course of the exhibit for a chance for a prize at the end.
Jurassic Quest takes place in its hometown of Houston from Thursday, August 4, to Sunday, August 7, at the NRG Center.
Tickets start at $22 for kids and adults, $19 for seniors, and are free for children under the age of 2. General admission includes access to dinosaur and marine exhibits, arts and crafts activities, and live shows. Individual activities will be available on-site starting at $6.
Kids Unlimited Passes are available for $36 which include all-you-can-ride access to the dinosaur rides, inflatables, and fossil dig.
