Multiple haunted houses, escape rooms, pumpkin patches, live DJs, and zombie dancers, and more will all be present at the Houston terror dome this October.
Located at 16030 East Freeway in Channelview, Houston Terror Dome was once heralded as the “Scariest Haunted House in Houston”. Whether or not this is the truth, we’ll leave you to decide.
This year, the Terror Dome is features a multi-sensory haunted house experience consisting of zombies, clowns, butchers, swamp things, and 3D rooms.
Furthermore, the horror-themed Houston event venue features a variety of interactive activities. At Sicko and Freako’s Paintball Massacre, patrons can take a shot at Halloween-themed targest and black-light-lit animatronics. Safe for all ages.
Similarly, visitors can participate in Axe Mania axe throwing, where patrons can chuck axes at blacklight targets.
Likewise, visitors can partake in Cranium Catch – a basketball-adjacent game wherein players attempt to drain brains into the empty heads of zombies for a chance to win small to large prizes.
The Terror Dome features three different escape room activities. This year, the themes are The Cabin, The Zombie Infection, and Black Beard’s Curse each with their own puzzle to solve. The escape rooms are timed at about 10 minutes a piece with a maximum of 6 people per game.
Complimentary for all ticket buyers, the Nightmare Alley Selfie Saloon is the resident bar where visitors can fuel up on liquid courage and snap a few pictures of themselves composed before losing it at the haunted houses.
Lastly, visitors can stop by the Pumpkin Patch of Souls interactive pumpkin patch experience as well as the VooDoo Shack giftshop to load up on novelties, oddities, and Halloween collectibles before heading out.
