
Halloween is almost upon us, Houston. If you’re like us and are already making a to-do list for the fall, be sure to pencil in Haunted Drive and Forest of Fear Drive – two drive-thru haunted house experiences in Cleveland, Texas just outside of Houston.
As much as we love haunted houses, and we love haunted houses, sometimes it can be nice to kick back and enjoy the thrills from the comfort of a seated position – running away from masked killers can get exhausting after all.
This Halloween, cruise through the Halloween festivities at Haunted Drive and Forest of Fear – both drive-thru horror experiences in Cleveland, Texas.

Haunted Drive is a “multiple Halloween haunt attraction” located at 235 Chain-O-Lakes Resort, Suite Haunted Drive in Cleveland. Here, visitors can take a 1.5-mile-long frightful journey through a terrific blend of horror and suspense.
In addition to the drive-thru, Haunted Drive features a variety of other thrilling attractions, that include: a Michael Myers Challenge – in which you have to escape a hallway populated by one Michael Myers lest you be slain – a Haunted Hayride, Haunted Maze, and Haunted House.
Haunted Drive also features a concession stand, 20-foot movie screen, an area for photo-ops, and classic carnival games.
Prices at Haunted Drive vary by the experience. Its most popular attraction is the Haunted Drive drive-thru which starts at $35. Other experiences range from $5 to $15.

Down the road, horror fanatics can also find Forest of Fear Drive. The attraction gives visitors the chance to drive through 10 acres, 1/3 mile, of towering trees under a dark night sky among real actors and animatronics. Admission is priced at $25 per vehicle. Forest of Fear is located at 13401 FM 2025.
Haunted Drive opens September 30, and will be available Fridays, Saturdays and select Sundays until October 29. Forest of Fear Drive will be open on Fridays and Saturdays from October 6 to October 28.
