It’s an immersive, curiosity-driven dining journey that transforms a simple dinner into a memorable sensory exploration.

You can discover chef Tony Castillo’s creations in an entirely new way… while blindfolded! It’s a transformational journey you won’t want to miss out on.
What to expect at Dining in the Dark?
This intriguing experience promises to elevate your meal to a whole new level. Upon arrival, you will be handed a blindfold (deep-cleaned after each use), which will help to heighten your senses and also help stop cheeky diners from peeking at what’s on their plate. And, ruining the experience.
Then you‘ll be led to your table by the restaurants’ waiters, leaving just you, your taste buds and your sense of smell to enjoy a delicious three-course meal. Now, there’s really no right way to eat. You can get creative and use your hands to guess the ingredients or the cutlery at your disposal. What matters is you make the most of this curious experience and share it with a loved one or two, or even a romantic date—Dining in the Dark is truly illuminating experience.
During purchase, you’ll get to choose the category around which the whole meal is based, either vegan, seafood or meat. Expect worldly cuisine inspired by Mediterranean and Latin American flavors, transporting you to other cultures through a delicious dining experience in Houston.
