It might not feel like fall yet in Houston, but that’s not going to stop us from diving into all the autumnal activities like a big pile of leaves. Here to kick off fall festival season is Dewberry Farm. Nestled in Brookshire, just an hour outside of Houston, Dewberry Farm has launched their fall festival with an 8-acres Astros corn maze, pumpkin patches, and a whole lot of fall festivities.
Planted in Houston’s backyard town of Brookshire, Dewberry Farm sprawls across acres of lush vegetation, charming animal companions, and a multitude of thrilling amusements. Embark on a delightful hayride to their pumpkin patch and navigate your way through their 8-acre, Astros-themed corn maze.
Other attractions at Dewberry Farm include a ferris wheel, inflatable Jumpin’ Jacks bouncy balls, a slide mountain, blaster cannons and more.
Ticket costs fluctuate depending on the day, with Friday admission priced at $18 and weekend access available for $29.95. The Dewberry Farm season commences on September 16th.
This year, Dewberry Farm will also host a Halloween program called Booriffic Nights. Scheduled for weekends at 7 pm beginning October 6, the terrific new series will feature hundreds of jack-o-lanters as well as a Haunted Hollow’s Trail of Terror.
The series will also feature a host of daytime activities that range from axe-throwing with Jason Camp Crystal Lake, sculpted life-sized lanterns, and a Stranger Things pop-up photo booth.
Dewberry Farm is located at FM 362 & Morrison Road in Brookshire. Its hours of operation depend on the day of the week. The fall festival runs from September 16 to November 12.
