The Houston Caribbean Festival will celebrate its 25th anniversary this July with five days of soca, calypso, and reggae music across the city.
Kicking off on July 1, the Houston Caribbean Festival will feature a vibrant program across multiple venues in Houston – with each event featuring a separate theme. Festivities will begin with the flag-themed Camo Party at Reset.
Presented by Island Vibez and Houston Caribbean Festival, the opening party encourages guests to don their countries’ flags in a colorful celebration.

On July 2, festivities will continue at NOTO Houston. As the festival signature’s glow night, Ultra Glo will mark the festival’s 25th anniversary with soca music.

Attendees can enjoy Dutty Land J’ouvert on July 3. The event will deliver a high-energy Caribbean street-style celebration with music trucks featuring continuous soca tracks throughout the night.

Mocha Soca will host a chocolate-themed celebration of Caribbean culture and soca music on July 4. Starting at 6 pm, the Melanin Fete will bring Caribbean heritage and Carnival energy to 3 Stories rooftop.

The Houston Caribbean Fest will conclude with the Parade of the Bands on July 5 at Hotpot Park. As the grand finale of the festival, masqueraders will perform in elaborate feathered costumes, while local vendors will serve traditional Caribbean dishes such as jerk chicken, roti, and tropical fruits. Attendees will also find arts and crafts booths, dance showcases, and family workshops throughout the festival grounds.
