Nothing gets adults in the spirit of the holiday season than, well, spirits. Embrace the holidays in the spirit of Madmen this year at Brennan’s, where the restaurant is turning out highballs for the price of a quarter after the purchase of an entree.
“Need to get into the holiday spirit? Get your Jingle Bells at lunch,” the restaurant wrote in an Instagram post. “25 cent martinis have returned with our lunch hours for the holiday season, Tuesday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Social distance in style, with world-class service and Brennan’s classics!”
Cocktail choices include a Cosmopolitan, melon, dirty martini, Commander’s Palace with Blue Curacao, and classic with vodka or gin. Customers are limited to three per seating.
Lunch entrees at Brennan’s start at $19 with their Onion Crusted Chicken Cobb salad. Other options include their Texas Shrimp & Grits ($29), Buttermilk Fried Louisiana Wild Catfish Poboy ($24), Egg Brennan ($25), and Roasted 1/2 Chicken, made of citrus-brined chicken, sweet potato puree, sauteed mushrooms, and charred shallots.
Regular happy hour at Brennan’s runs from 4 pm – 7 pm, Tuesday through Friday with selected items priced at $7.
