Here in Houston, you can find great pizza all over the city. While there are even some that hang out until late night, none of which are open 24 hours. When you find yourself in such a predicament, at 4 am with a hunger for pizza, get yourself over to Social Beer Garden in Midtown and find the Pizza Forno – a 24/7 automated pizza vending machine.
Located on the grounds of Social Beer Garden, PizzaForno is a 24/7 pizza oven that doubles as the tastiest vending machine in the city.
Started in Canada in 2018, PizzaForno is an easily accessible “automated pizzeria” with now 20 locations throughout North America. Here in Houston, the company has two locations: one in Friendswood at 3210 E FM 528 Road as well as its location at the beloved Social Beer Garden. The ovens contain an array of chef-prepared 12-inch, ready-to-bake pizzas.
At all hours of the day, customers can choose from seven different options, including BBQ Chicken, Pepperoni, Honey Chevre, Cheeseburger, Four Cheese Blend, Vegetarian, and Hawaiian. The pizzas are also available cold in case customers want to bake them themselves at an alternate location. Prices range from $10 – $13.
Resembling kiosks, the ovens contain interactive screens that which customers can place their orders. After making the order, the pizzas will be ready in just about three minutes.
If you need something sweet to chase your meal, you can head down to the Galleria area to withdraw cupcakes from the Sprinkles ATM. Simply select your cupcakes on their self-help screen, wait for the sweet machine to do it’s thing, and boom: you have cupcakes.
