Preparing to make waves in Lower Westheimer this May is 1111, a highly anticipated cocktail lounge blending globally inspired aesthetics, masterful drink-making, and https://secrethouston.com/michelin-star-restaurants-houston/“]Michelin-caliber[/trackLink] cuisine.
The powerhouse trio behind the 1111 concept features hospitality veterans Army Sadeghi and Brandon Duliakas teaming up with culinary phenom Chef Emmanuel Chavez. Fresh off his historic achievement last fall—becoming one of only six Houston chefs awarded a Michelin Star for his celebrated Mexican restaurant, Tatémo—Chavez is bringing his magic to this new space.
For 1111, he has crafted a sophisticated, highly dramatic menu of shareables and small plates designed to turn dining into a performance.

Guests can look forward to interactive and delicious highlights, including miniature wagyu empanadas and tuna tostadas assembled right in front of them. Anchoring the menu are standout signature entrées like a spectacular Contramar-inspired whole grilled fish, served alongside fresh, handmade petite corn tortillas and a duo of vibrant salsas.
“A lot of our inspiration came from time Brandon and I spent in Mexico City and our desire for Houston to have a place where food, cocktails and design feel flawlessly integrated rather than as separated components,” said Sadeghi, partner of 1111.
“1111 sits in a lane that is more experiential and hospitality driven – polished without feeling rigid and elevated while still approachable. It is designed to work as a full night out rather than just one moment.”

To build 1111’s ambitious beverage program, Sadeghi and Duliakas—the visionary duo who recently debuted Montrose’s cocktail lounge—have tapped a formidable roster of award-winning industry consultants.
Curated in collaboration with former bartenders of Handshake Speakeasy, previously named the best bar in the world, resulting drink menu will be a dynamic, ever-evolving showcase of avant-garde mixology, featuring sophisticated libations crafted with bespoke house infusions and highly sought-after, rare ingredients.
1111 is officially open at 1111 Westheimer Rd in Montrose as of Monday, May 4. The cocktail lounge will be open daily from 4 pm to 2 am.
