1. Avenida de America Watch Party
The vibrant convention and entertainment campus is hosting a massive Houston Men’s Basketball Championship Watch Party in Houston this Monday. With festivities kicking off at 6:30 pm, organizers are pulling out all the stops for the March Madness event in Houston.
Located just outside the George R. Brown Convention Center the UH Watch party will feature performances by Spirit of Houston UH band along with mascots and cheerleaders. A live DJ will be also on deck to set the tone ahead of the game screen at 7:50 pm on a giant 20-foot TV.
Special prizes and giveaways, a UH team shop, games, and challenges are also on the docket.

2. NCAA Championship Watch Party at POST
Houston’s premier market is hosting a special March Madness watch party this Monday. Here, organizers will screen the game across two massive suspended LED screens at the venue’s cocktail bar, Return to the Sender. Furthermore, the venue will feature a special For the City cocktail; priced at $15, the drinks features peach, orange, vodka, and soda. The watch party is free to attend with RSVP. Festivities kick off at 7:45 pm.

3. Wakefield Crow Bar
Houston’s premier volleyball bar and restaurant will be hosting a special NCAA Championship watch party this Monday. Per custom, the Heights bar will be packed with Coogs fans cheering on UH men’s basketball.
In between quarters, you can work off a little in-game jitters on the venue’s sand volleyball courts. Wakefield offers a restaurant with options for appetizers, shareables, and entrees, alongside bar features that include beer towers, craft cocktails, and N/A cocktails and beer.

4. Scholars & Scoundrels
For UH fans residing in Katy, Scholars & Scoundrels Bar & Grill will be hosting a March Madness watch party on behalf of the UH alumni network. The veteran-owned bar and grill is a local favorite, hailed as the “Best Restaurant in Katy” by Katy Times. The venue is kid-friendly for future UH students.

UH alums have organized a championship watch party at Heights sports bar and lounge Loft18. In addition to a full bar and a full-service restaurant, the venue features five custom Full Swing Golf Simulation Bays, pool tables, and shuffleboard.

6. Talyard Brewing Company
Those UH supporters in Sugar Land, UH Alumni Association have organized a watch party at Talyard Brewing Company this Monday. The family-owned brewery features a backyard vibe, sprawling across 3.5 acres of pickeball courts, yard games, and kids’ playground. In addition to tasty craft beers, the brewery also offers a selection of ciders, wines, and cocktails.

7. The Den
Known as “The Original Houston Campus Bar“, The Den is a hub for UH students seeking tasty bar food, cold drinks, and UH sports. The venue is a regular host of UH basketball watch parties in Houston – equipped with numerous big screen TVs including a large projection screen to amplify the on-court action.
