The Peach Truck first launched in 2012 out of necessity. Disappointed in the peach selection in Nashville, Georgia-raised co-founder, Stephen Rose, began hauling peaches from his hometown farm in Peach County to Nashville.
Since then, The Peach Truck has expanded its operations, delivering over 100 million peaches across over 25 states. The organization partners with local farms, with each peach hand-picked and inspected before its delivered – a matter of days.
“Timing is everything when it comes to peaches. Our experts carefully monitor the ripening process, hand-picking each peach at its peak to capture optimal flavor and juiciness. This hands-on approach ensures that only the best peaches make their way to you.”
True to its mission of delivering only the freshest peaches, The Peach Truck operates on a seasonal basis, running from June to August.
Presently, The Peach Truck offers delivery and pick-up services in Houston. The organization offers peaches in 12-pound boxes or 25-pound boxes available for local pick-up. Pecans and Tour Special boxes are also available for pick-up. For home delivery orders, customers can choose a full order (16 – 18) peaches priced at $60 or a half order (8 – 9 peaches) priced at $40.
