Writer, Netflix star, and creator of the beloved sitcom, Everybody Loves Raymond, Phil Rosenthal is a man who wears many hats. In this day and age, Rosenthal is most known for his food travel series, Somebody Feed Phil. While the series shines a light on Rosenthal’s personality, Houston Phil fans will have the chance to get to know Phil on a more intimate level when the “An Evening With Phil Rosenthal of ‘Somebody Feed Phil’” tour lands in Houston.
“An Evening with Phil Rosenthal” will feature a moderated conversation with Rosenthal, blending stand-up comedy with stories about his time creating Everybody Loves Raymond to his worldly travels shooting for Somebody Feed Phil.
Spectators can expect behind-the-scenes insights, personal reflections, and plenty of juicy travel anecdotes. And who knows, hopefully a couple food recommendations, right?

The event will also feature a special Q&A where the audience can interact with Rosenthal directly, asking him whatever is on their mind. For super Phil fans, VIP packages are also available that which include a meet-and-greet and photo-op with Rosenthal after the show.
“Somebody Feed Phil” premiered on Netflix in January 2018. The show is in its 8th season and has become one of the streaming platform’s longest-running unscripted series. Throughout the show, which sees Rosenthal traveling to global and international eateries, Rosenthal has been fed in cities as far as Saigon, Helsinki, and Adelaide.
While Rosenthal has dined in plenty of U.S. cities throughout the show’s run, including a stop in Austin, Texas in season 6, Rosenthal hasn’t filmed for his show in Houston.
“An Evening with Phil Rosenthal with Phil Rosenthal of ‘Somebody Feed Phil'”, will take place at 713 Music Hall in Houston on Saturday, January 24, 2026. Tickets to the event are now on sale through major ticketing platforms. Tickets start at $53.
