Fractal Worlds at ARTECHOUSE give the poetry of equations and patterns new life, “awakening a sense of wonder and connectivity in a fractured world.”
Our entire universe is made up of fractals — from the galaxies up above to the incredible patterns of trees, down to our very breath. This fall, ARTECHOUSE Studio and visual artist Julius Horsthuis highlight those fractals through a dynamic, 31-channel soundtrack, an infinity room, a Fractal Lab where guests can manipulate fractals in real-time, and more.
Nature meets architecture and order meets chaos at the heart of Houston’s iconic ARTECHOUSE venue. Get tickets for this meditative experience:
What to expect at Fractal Worlds in Houston?
Fractal Worlds is a four-part wonderland of digital exploration, sporting 18k visuals and 31-channel Hyperreal sound at the heart of ARTECHOUSE’s 270-degree Immersion Gallery.
Featuring soundtracks by David Levy & Michael Stearns, the breathtaking journey takes you through the Fractal Lab where you’ll play, experiment, and manipulate fractals in real time, an Infinity Fractals section featuring kaleidoscopic formulas inside ARTECHOUSE’s infinity room, the mesmerizing installation Nascence, and Shohei Fujimoto’s Intangible Forms — an activation powered by lasers, strobes, haze and moving lights.

To complete the sensorial delight, you’ll get to watch hand-crafted cocktails and mocktails come to life with ARTECHOUSE’s extended reality art pieces before sipping on them at the XR Bar. Simply put, Fractal Worlds makes for a pulse-racing adventure beyond the visible world.
