Listen up, kiddos. Edikted is now open in The Galleria Houston. Earlier this May, the popular fast-fashion brand made its Texas debut in Houston, drawing crowds of young fashionistas under its bright pink, heart-shaped archway.
Founded in 2020 by Dedy Shwartzberg and Zvika Alon – previously of popular Israeli fashion brand, Adika – Edikted is a predominately digital fashion brand headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
While the brand started as a solely direct-to-consumer online store, Edikted hosted a series of successful college pop-ups before opening its first brick-and-mortar in New York City in 2023. Presently, Edikted has 11 locations across the country, including its sole Texas outpost in The Galleria Houston.

The hyper-online brand is big with Gen Z and younger millennials. Driven by internet trends a la TikTok, Edikted manufactures its inventory in small batches – as opposed to mass-produced quantities. Those items that sell well are then scaled up in production.
While its apparel is based on the newest internet trend, its aesthetic largely draws from the Y2K nostalgia, oversized streetwear, and preppy looks. As the brand relies on digital marketing, its apparel – which has been described as “internet core” – is designed to photograph well and ‘pop’ on users’ feeds.
The brand and Mattel recently launched a Barbie collab on May 7.
Edikted’s in-store design is in keeping with its digital identity. Featuring a massive, heart-shaped archway entryway, an in-store photobooth, and a selfie-optimized interior, its design lends itself to on-site content creation.

Edikted is now open on the second level of The Galleria Houston near Nordstrom. The store is open from 10 am to 8 pm Monday through Thursday; from 10 am – 9 pm Friday and Saturday; and from noon to 7 pm on Sundays.
Its Houston location is the first of the brand’s Texas expansion. This coming August, Edikted aims to open a second store at Stonebriar Centre in Frisco.
