Sleigh all day.
Winter doesn’t quite take to Houston as it does anywhere, well, north of Houston. That said, with the arrival of the holiday season we can pretend. More than others, the Winter Wonderland Holiday Bar at 3033 Fannin is making us believe that a White Christmas is a feasibility in 2020.
From now until January 4, Houstonians can experience a White Christmas in the decked out halls of the new holiday bar.
“Our winter wonderland experience will give you nostalgia and a feeling of joy and holiday cheer with festively decorated rooms taking you on a trip down memory lane with commemorative holiday themes from the past,” the holiday bar writes on its website.
“Grab your friends and family, and enjoy unique photo opportunities and multiple areas and rooms to walk through with varying holiday themes such as ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, The Grinch, The Nightmare Before Christmas, a Hanukkah themed room, a Polar Express train tour, as well as an outdoor winter village.”
Winter Wonderland is open from 5:30 pm – 2:00 am until January 4. Happy Hour runs from 5:30 pm – 8 pm daily, afterwards, the bar is open from 8:30 pm – 11 pm. Until 2 in the morning, the bar will open as a nightclub.
“The Houston Winter Wonderland Experience will be a complete holiday spectacle with costumed staff and holiday cheer for guests of all ages and for the whole family to enjoy. There will be dazzling lights, sleigh bells jinglin’ to the beat of your favorite holiday tunes, and oh-of course… a cocktail bar for you naughty little elves!”
